This hotel exceeded my expectations in several ways. the location by the river was simply breathtaking, offering a serene and peaceful atmosphere. Secondly, the staff here were incredibly helpful and made me feel very welcome throughout my stay. Lastly, the spacious and well-maintained rooms provided the perfect respite after a long day of exploring the nearby Silent Valley.

Loved the serene location! Being surrounded by nature was a highlight of the trip. Also, the food was amazing, with a lot of variety and options to choose from. One of the best parts was being able to go on a nature hike nearby and discovering some hidden waterfalls.

The room could have been better maintained and the staff weren't very helpful or friendly. Also, the Wi-Fi was not strong and the signal kept dropping out. However, overall it was still a great experience.

On the other hand, the swimming pool was dirty and not well-maintained. the gym was not up to my expectations, and the spa facility was disappointing.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a resort in Pulamanthole. the location of the hotel was excellent, situated just half a kilometer away from the bustling Pulamanthole junction. It was also by the river, offering a serene and picturesque setting for a relaxing getaway. Additionally, the staff at the hotel were attentive and provided great service throughout my stay. Finally, I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money and reasonable prices offered by this hotel.

Although there were a few minor areas of improvement, overall, my experience at this hotel was fantastic.
